Client Performance Duties: Clients must provide requested documentation within standard timeframes and maintain active, uninterrupted credit monitoring services.
Right to Cancel: You possess a legal right to cancel your consumer contract with us without any penalty or financial obligation within three (3) business days from its execution date.
5. Fees, Pricing, and Digital Refund Policy
Digital Downloads: All sales of digital resources—including the Late Payment Removal Ebook, The Business Credit Guide, Eviction Removal Kit, and Student Loan Dispute Playbook—are instantly processed, permanent, and completely non-refundable.
Consultative Packages: Services are billed strictly for lawful parameters or in arrears as services are fully executed. Any detailed early cancellation terms are dictated on our standalone Refund Policy page.
6. Mobile Terms of Service & SMS Communications (Strict A2P Compliance)
By submitting your telephone details through website contact fields, interactive pop-ups, or checkout elements, you provide explicit written consent to receive recurring automated marketing, transactional, and alert-based text messages (SMS) from ACRUIM Consultant Services.

Carrier Rates: Regular message and data rates may apply depending on your custom mobile carrier arrangement. The Company bears no responsibility for any text or data fees.
Opt-Out / Unsubscribe: You can instantly cease the SMS program at any point. Simply reply STOP directly to any text message received from us. We will provide a singular text confirming your unsubscribe request, after which messages will stop.

7. Warranties and "As-Is" Disclaimer

Any formal legal proceedings must be initiated strictly within the state or federal courts operating in Harris County, Texas.
